Led by CA Rahul Kulkarni, whose experience spans auditing and consulting across multinational organizations, the firm is built on strong technical expertise and practical insight. The practice further strengthened with the joining of CA Priyanka Thigale, enabling steady expansion into consulting, audits, compliance support, and professional representation.

Rahul Kulkarni

M.Com, Chartered Accountant

CA qualified in 2015, with five years of experience at Liebherr Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. and Joshi Kulkarni & Associates. Certified in Foreign Exchange and Treasury Management (2019). Practicing independently since 2021 in Auditing, Virtual CFO services, and Company Law matters, including bank concurrent, stock, and system audits.

Chartered Accountant

CA qualified in 2014, with early post-qualification experience at CRISIL Ltd., Endurance Technologies Ltd., and Deloitte India. In practice since March 2017, with over eight years of experience in audit & assurance, direct and indirect taxation, RERA consultancy, and business start-up services. Currently serving as Concurrent Auditor for Deogiri Nagari Sahakari Bank Ltd., Ch. Sambhajinagar, and has successfully completed a special assignment related to Priority Sector Advances.
